Workout Guidance
Today is all about steady, unbroken movement. When we’re confronted with a 30-20-10 format, we want to make sure that we start off nice and slow, as that round of 30 can be very taxing. The good news is that once we’re done with the round of 30, we’re halfway through the workout. We can go substantially faster for the 20s and do an all-out sprint for the 10s.
