Workout Guidance
Today we have a fun gymnastics challenge, and not a barbell in sight. These sets of toes to bar will be challenging, and they increase by 10 reps for each. Choose a smaller and repeatable number of reps, and use that to chip through your toes to bar sets. Air squats can be quick, but it’s a large set, so use them as rest for your grip as well.
