Workout Guidance
While we should be seeking a heavy weight on the Russian Kettlebell Swings today, this workout is far more about our runs. If we do the Russian swings unbroken, then we’ll be spending less than a minute inside the gym each round, compared to 2+ minutes outside. Knowing that, the key to succeeding at the workout is to pick the correct pace on our runs. Advanced runners might be able to maintain the same pace the whole time, but newer CrossFitters or those not as familiar with their running will probably find it easer to start deliberately slow, and try to run a little faster each round.
