Workout Guidance
Today we have a twist on the Hero Workout “Nate”. Longer workout with some relatively simple movements aside from the muscle up. KB swing load should be heavier than normal, and the burpees should be done at a smooth pace. This will be a great workout to work on some pacing, and will definitely get grip and shoulder intensive as it goes.
