Workout Guidance:
“rocket power” can refer to the power generated by a rocket ship. Rockets propel themselves by expelling mass in one direction, following Newton’s third law of motion (for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction).
The power generated by the expulsion of mass is what allows rockets to overcome gravity and move through space.
When you leave class today your may feel like a rocket from jumping the barbell to our shoulders, and from jumping up to the box!
