Today is a longer day, but no individual element of the workout should take us a long time. Push-ups are a movement that can get tough quickly if we open up with big sets, so let’s stick to no more than 5 reps at a time. If you’ve been feeling good on kettlebell workouts recently, it’s a good day to push the swings heavier. Keep in mind that we should be able to go unbroken on that set of 10. 20 Calories on the machine should take us no more than 90 seconds, but hopefully we’re closer to 1 minute for that effort.
