This workout is a variation on the classic CrossFit workout “Christine.” In this workout, we see the 500m row from “Christine” being substituted for a 400m run. The strategy remains largely the same, which sees us pacing the run in order to allow us to push hard on the deadlifts and box jumps. Deadlift weight should allow us to go unbroken throughout this workout, although one break in the first and second round is acceptable.
