Gang, today we’re getting after an Open workout from 2018, and this one is one of my favorites. A long time domain mixed with some grip heavy movements always makes for a fun time. The DB needs to be switched from hand to hand after 5 reps, and we’re shooting for toes to bar to be done in 1-2 sets each round for the majority of the workout. The key to a great score on this one is to come out maybe a bit faster than you want, and then try to hold on….
