Plate Ground to Overhead @ 45/25
200m Plate Carry

WOD Guidance
The plate ground to overhead is a new movement for us, but we can think about this as a snatch with a plate. For this movement, we just want to make sure that the bottom edge of the plate touches the floor at the bottom, and the arms are fully extended with the plate overhead at the top. For plate carries, most people will find success holding the plate across the backs of their shoulders.

Question of the Day
What’s something you think you’d be good at, but haven’t tried yet?
