DL – worked to a heavy double, wasn’t happening today, stopped at 365 (discretion is the better part of valor)
Then a little WOD I call “Lather, Rinse, Repeat”
30 double unders and then do a one minute plank. Repeat until you’ve accumulated 450 dubs and 15 minutes of plank holds.
This is a good one if you’re trying to improve your dubs (like me!). Because the planks smoke your shoulders, arms and thoracic you are forced to use wrists efficiently on the dubs. I’m getting back to dubs after s knee injury and will do some version of this at least once a week. Oh, and it makes your tummy nice and toned too!

23-25 minutes with the Team ‘Last Call’ at 6:30PM
