Whenever we do a workout in this format, it’s important to pick a number of reps or a distance that gives you some rest at the end of your minute. We want to shoot for at least 15 seconds of rest on each movement today. Especially on the run, that means most of us will be scaling the distance to some extent. Today is a good day to pick a more advanced scale on the rope climb, because we’re guaranteed a minute of rest following that movement.
