WOD Guidance
The best way for most people to carry a plate is on their back, but don’t be afraid to experiment with different methods. The plate run will feel a little awkward, but that’s okay. We should be seeking to be slow and methodical each round on the plate run, while pushing a faster pace on the unloaded run. 3 minutes is a long time to recover so you should be good to go for the next round even while running a fast 400. If we’re not running and want to modify the plate run, we can opt for a rep on the ski erg instead.
