And… I just signed up for the Open. I would like to encourage all of you to do the same. even if you don’t think you can take Matt Fraser down; its totally worth doing. If you stick with this CF thing its fun to see how you do year to year and how much you improve every year. and plus its only $20 bucks that’s only $4 a workout. see you all in the Open on FRIDAY!!! So pumped.

I hope you are so totally wrong on 17.1=16.5, I still haven’t fully recovered from that.

Modified Pyro to be a hotel WOD. Used a 35# db for the swings & squats, rest rx
2 full rounds + 20 kb swings + 200 m run (at 20 min)
Kept going to 25 because treadmills are the worst & it was taking forever to start. Finished 3 full rounds in 25 mins
