Workout Guidance
“You go, I go,” might be the most difficult format whenever we do a partner workout. This style of workout lends itself to fast and furious pacing, with sub 1 minute rounds. We should be picking weights today that allow us to do all of our dumbbell reps unbroken, and newer athletes should not be shy about scaling the number of burpees.
