Workout Guidance
Today is a good day to seek consistency. The ability to hold consistent paces is the hallmark of someone that is advanced in the sport of CrossFit. We often think of skill work as practicing our muscle-ups and rope climbs, but an equally important skill is the ability to pace on a long workout. If you haven’t before, try keeping a whiteboard next to your C2 machine today so that you can track your splits every round.
