WOD Guidance
On the rower or ski erg, we’re looking for about 1 minute of work per 250 meters. This means holding a 2:00 pace per 500m on the C2 monitor. If we’re completing this workout on a C2 bike, we should double the meters but keep the rest the same, as the C2 bikes tally meters at about twice the pace as the rower or ski erg.
