WOD Guidance
For each dumbbell movement, let’s shoot for a weight that allows us to go unbroken. If you’ve never done a double DB burpee before, it may be wise to choose a lighter weight as this movement can be especially tiring on the lower back. For our calories, we can pick a more aggressive number knowing that even if it takes us the full minute, we have the following minute to rest and recover.

The TILT Marathon will start promptly at 8am on Saturday. Gym doors will open at 7am so that athletes have an opportunity to warm-up beforehand. See you all there!

Starting Tuesday, September 7, the 5:30, 6:30, and 7:30am classes will be moved to 5:15, 6:15, and 7:15am respectively.
