Workout Guidance
A TILT classic cardio day coming your way. What we’re looking for here is your maximal sustainable pace. What this means is going as fast as you can go, without seeing much deviation in pace/distance/cals. Each one should be a tough pace to hold but not trigger a crash and burn type effect around halfway through. Find that pace, dig in, and you’ll reap the benefits of a much larger and stronger engine.
