For the front squat/back squat complex, work out of a rack. Do your front squats, rack your weight as quickly as possible, then do your back squats. Use the same weight for both movements, and only adjust the weight after you’ve finished all 3 front squats and all 7 back squats. Both your front squats and back squats must be unbroken.
In observance of Labor Day, there will be two classes on Monday, September 6 at 7am and 9am. We will be closed on Sunday the 5th.
Starting Tuesday, September 7, the 5:30, 6:30, and 7:30am classes will be moved to 5:15, 6:15, and 7:15am respectively.
