Workout Guidance
Today is another cardio day, and can be used to improve aerobic capacity, or as an active recovery day depending on how you’re feeling! You should pace the bike in a way that will allow you to get right onto a run at a steady pace. The 1:00 rest won’t feel like much, so choose sustainable paces, and be ready to move for roughly 45-55 minutes
