WOD Guidance
Sometimes people struggle to pause their reps. On both movements today, it helps to have a buddy there. As soon as the bar stops moving, have your buddy count one Mississippi and at that point you can start to finish the rep. For the strict pull-ups, pick a band or scaling option that allows you to get 10+ reps unbroken when you’re fresh. Rest 2-3 minutes so that you can continue to get bigger sets on the strict pull-ups.
