Today our workout is a grinder of a piece, and heavily midline focused. Look to run at a cruising pace on the 800, and reduce the distance if 4:30 or less for an 800m isn’t sustainable. Keep the toes to bar in 3 sets or better – adjusting reps as needed, and look to ski your cals in 1:30 or better each round. Take full advantage of that rest and try to keep your splits within :20 of each other each round!
