A nice capacity piece for today, we’ve got bike, box jump over, and bike again. Choose a number of calories that will allow about a minute of work on the first bike, then push the pace on the box. We’re looking for about :30-:60 on the bike at the end, so adjust box height and reps accordingly to allow this.
