Workout Guidance
Today is all about grinding, not sprinting, through our three movements. Often, we try to find intensity in our workouts by going as fast as possible. While overall output is one source of intensity, we can also make our workouts more effective by increasing load, challenging ourselves to do big sets, or, as in the case of today, doing movements that challenge the endurance of our individual muscles rather than our cardiovascular system as a whole.
