After Each Set
20 Weighted Sit-Ups
20 Biceps Curls (Empty Bar)
Today we’re looking to increase weight on each set of bench press. For our weighted sit-ups, you’re going to want to use two heavy dumbbells to wedge your feet underneath, then a third, lighter dumbbell to put in the “back rack” position. If you’ve never done this before, a good starting weight is a 15lb db for ladies and a 20lb db for men.
