Workout Guidance
Today let’s feel free to build in weight on both the bench presses and power cleans, starting light and getting up to a heavy set of 5 reps unbroken. Be sure to use a spotter if you need one on bench presses, and keep the rowing and gymnastics slow to allow for heavy lifting to happen.
