Couldn’t get in to TILT today, but did this one in my basement.
9:45 RX
17:17 RX, holy moly… made it on the way up unbroken, the way back down killed me. I missed 40 X 4 times before making it, then missed 30 and 20 once. Also did some comptrain work on snatches and C&J / Weighted pullups 5X5 with two chains, and about 10 minutes of handstand practice.
