2:10 Barbell Rows (75/55)
3: 10 Overhead Squats (75/55)
4: 5 Box Jumps (As high as possible)
5: 5 Strict Pull-Ups
Today we want a light barbell that allows us to do each barbell movement unbroken. We should be breathing hard throughout, but we shouldn’t feel like we’re behind the workout or not getting rest during any of the minutes. If that’s the case, we can lower the weight, or the reps, or both in order to maintain the moderate pace.
