Make sure we pick weights on both movements that allow us to go unbroken on both these movements, otherwise we won’t get enough rest inside our 3 minute window. If you’re new to single arm Russian swings, start light! This movement is much more difficult than a two handed swing and requires a greater contribution from your glutes and hamstrings.
