Workout Guidance
Today we have a big time pump in the form of dumbbell floor presses and kettlebell swings. We should pick a weight on the floor presses that feels moderate, mostly allowing us to operate in sets of 10-15 throughout the 100 reps. After our swings, we should pick a weight that allows us to work in the same reps on the kettlebell swing. Our run should be a short distance that allows us to get back to our weightlifting movements in under a minute. We can also substitute a 200m Row, or a 400m Bike if we’re beat up from running during the workout yesterday. All told, this workout should take most of us 15-20 minutes.
