WOD Guidance
As a gym, we’re accustomed to doing longer AMRAPs like today in the 2-4-8 format. We know from these workouts that the best strategy is to find a pace that we can sustain for all 20 minutes, rather than going out hot early and falling off later on. This is a good day for athletes to work on their muscle ups, possibly reducing from 2 to 1 if they’re newer to the movement. Kettlebell swings should be heavy but unbroken, and we’re seeking a variant on the handstand push-ups that allows us to go unbroken as well.

What’s the most politically unstable place you would still want to travel to?

In observance of Labor Day, there will be two classes on Monday, September 6 at 7am and 9am. We will be closed on Sunday the 5th.
Starting Tuesday, September 7, the 5:30, 6:30, and 7:30am classes will be moved to 5:15, 6:15, and 7:15am respectively.
