My Sindy was taking over 1:00 per round just because of the row bike. So I could not match the normal Cindy volume of rounds. But it was posterior chain all the time and my air squats were hanging in there.

Today I got to workout with the cute guys of Tilt!!! Made my day for sure 🙂
I was so motivated I did 20 rounds!
Ring row instead of pull ups and only six push-ups (on a box!) but a full 15 air squats each round.
