Workout Guidance
Today we have a long team style workout that has a very out of breath flavor to it. This will be a long workout and if we break things evenly between you and a partner, you’ll both have accumulated 75 burpee box jump overs, ~160 double unders, and 150 wall balls – so this is a fairly high volume workout. Strategize well with your partner to move smoothly through this one with repeatable sets. One partner will work and the other will rest. My recommendation would be to do the burpee BJO with the open standard of the step down this year for two reasons: one, it’ll help keep your heart rate under control and two, there’s already plenty of jumping with the jumping up to the box and double unders, no need to jump down as well.
