Workout Guidance:
Closing out the week with a fun AMRAP that is sure to please! Relatively high sets of burpees followed by some moderate load barbell is always a great combo. Choose a number of burpees that you could complete in 1:30-2:00 each round and a squat clean load that while fresh, you could do all 10 unbroken. For today, singles is likely the way to go for the barbell. Move smoothly through this one, and try and reduce your transition time between movements.
