Workout Guidance
Today is a good day to challenge ourselves to do big sets of thrusters. While it might be intimidating, if we rest and breathe at the top every few reps, we’ll find that with the lighter weight we’re able to keep going way longer than we may have thought at the beginning of the workout. While it might be tempting to push the row or bike initially, we should instead pick a pace that allows us to continue with our big sets of thrusters throughout the workout.
