Workout Guidance
Today we’re looking for another heavy weight on the power snatches, something that we’ll most likely be doing for quick singles on the workout. Although this may seem slightly outside the box, quick singles might be a good idea on the strict pull-ups as well today. We’ve all hit the point where we can’t do one more pull-up, and doing singles from the very beginning will keep us as far away from that point as possible throughout the workout.
