300m Run: 1:25, 1:30. 1:30, 1:30, 1:32, 1:35, 1:32 (2:01 final rnd total after KUs)
Glad that I ~ maintained my running pace throughout, and was able to do 12 unbroken KUs in the last set.
Fell off the cliff today in the 6th and 7th round. Got too excited in the first round and I paid for it towards the end. Great time hitting the 7am with a lot of 515am faces!
