Workout Guidance
This workout will be a challenge for our grip first and foremost, so it’s important to think about doing singles or small sets on the deadlifts. Remember, whenever we’re presented with a movement that starts from the floor, we don’t lose much time by doing quick singles. We can also limit the amount of time we spend on the rope by getting a high jump up for our initial grab, therefore shortening our climb and allowing us to ascend more quickly.
