Workout Guidance
Today we have a long grind of a workout that will be a major mental challenge. The mile run is simple enough, but then we get to the burpees to a 12″ target. You’re going to have to dig in here and keep moving. The extra height on the jump will tax the legs and lungs and make the second mile tough, but then it’s “just” 50 burpees to finish – so hang in there!
