30 Front Squats @ 75/55
30 Lateral Burpees
For most of us, this workout is going to be a relatively long grind. Our first priority is taking as few breaks on the front squats as possible. The more breaks we take on the squats, the more unnecessary cleans we’re adding to the workout. After that, we should think about a burpee pace that allows us to chip away steadily the entire time, without any full stop. Only after that should we think about approaching the run with any kind of speed. We can modify this workout by shortening the distance on the runs, or lowering the burpees from 30 to 20 reps.
