Workout Guidance
Today we’re looking for a dumbbell that’s light enough that it allows us to do one minute straight of dumbbell snatches, put the dumbbell directly on our shoulder, and do one minute straight of box step-ups. Burpees should be taken at a steady, consistent pace with a breath at the top each time. If we’re still working on double-unders today, let’s not do the “one minute of practice” set-up for our final minute. Instead, let’s do single-unders to preserve the high heart rate stimulus of the workout.
