WOD Guidance
For our weighted runs, it’s going to be important to scale based on your ability. We can attack the run one of two ways: scaling distance, or scaling weight. If we choose to scale weight we can use a lighter weight vest or med ball, or do the runs with no external weight. If you choose to scale distance, keep in mind that scaling weight is still an option. We can choose to do any distance of burden run between 400m and 1 mile. We’re looking for a long effort on each run, in the 8-12 minute range.
