Today is all about finding a heavy weight on the power cleans for the WOD. No athlete should be looking to hold onto the bar for multiple reps today, as the weight should be so heavy that we have to drop it from the top each time. Seek 2-3 quick sets on the toes to bar, as we’ll want to save our grip for the barbell.
