For the devils press, we’re seeking a moderate weight. If you’re new to this movement, consider going lighter than you usually do on dumbbell snatches, because this will challenge your balance more during the transition from burpee to snatch. On the toes to bar we’re seeking a steady pace. If you foresee yourself getting down to singles, consider going with a kipping l-swing or a kipping knee raise to get bigger sets in on the rig. Box jump overs should be steady and relaxed, as they’re the only opportunity you’ll have during this workout to rest your shoulders and arms.

On Wednesday, September 1st there will be no 6:30pm class, so get your fitness in early!
In observance of Labor Day, there will be two classes on Monday, September 6 at 7am and 9am. We will be closed on Sunday the 5th.
