Double unders should take us no more than 30 seconds. We want to take the air squats slowly, because that’s the one opportunity our shoulders get to rest. Break the toes to bar from the beginning, and on the handstand push ups we should pick a variation and number of reps that allows us to get through all our reps in one set each round.
