Today we have a two part adventure heavily centered around the clean and jerk. For the heavy piece, we’re building towards a heavy single for the day. From there, we’re finding a challenging load that we could do 3-5 reps touch and go, but likely done in singles for today. Make sure you’re quick on that barbell – don’t let it sit on the ground for long between lifts!
