Today we have a fun interval style workout featuring some short AMRAPs with a break in between. The barbell loading should be light enough that you could repeat sets of 5-10 – no singles today. Each AMRAP has a large chunk of calories so we’ll want to push the pace a bit, but not an all out sprint. Each AMRAP, start back from the top with 10 clean and jerks.
