30 strict PU’s with purple band, absolutely killed me. Sets of 5, down to 3, down to singles for the last 5
Dudette way to go on the thrusters! Huge victory!

Jackie: 9:15, had to do [15] strict pull-ups due to some gnarly rips from Saturday.
Finished the thrusters at 6:15, cannot wait to hit this again with fresh hands, knowing that I can do the thrusters unbroken.
Amazing what you can do when someone tells you that you can.
Also: the barbell had a run in with my nose on the way down from thruster #10. Ho and Sonny are witness to the growing bump on my nose. 🤥
