Didn’t expect to get back around again! Doh! Started and maintained sets of 10 Wall balls per Max’s guidance to stick with a # that was doable throughout. Last set I did 15 | 11 I believe I was below parallel for pretty much all wb’s bar a few, which is my main goal and reason for 10# ball right now. Holy Shoulders batman.
