Workout Guidance
Today is a “choose your own adventure” style workout when it comes to whichever snatch weight we pick. If we want to work on our barbell cycling, we can pick a lighter weight and seek to do 3 reps unbroken each time. If we’re more interested in building absolute strength, we can choose to do 1 rep, which will allow us to lift a heavier weight than we could for 3. With the strict muscle up, we’re looking to pick an option that helps us develop upper body strength, rather than something where we’re working on our kip. Examples of this would be strict pull-ups, push-ups, ring dips, or pull-up negatives.
